First: Life is busy. With work, school, sports, and all the rest, making it to my office can take way more time than your schedule allows. Or maybe you live too far away to come to my office. With these in-mind, for those of you who live in California, I am now offering FaceTime/Skype sessions. Announcement two: Now that school is starting, it’s time for the next round of my men’s counseling group. It’s an opportunity for 7-men to meet in a supportive environment to look at challenges and find solutions to issues like parenting challenges, marital/relationship stress, work challenges, and finding time to do what you love to do without feeling guilty. The group will start on Monday, September 10 and last for ten weeks. We’ll meet from 715-830 p.m. at my Midtown Sacramento office, and the cost is $40/week.
